John Haeberle AIA

John Haeberle AIA, LEED AP, is the founding principal of the firm. Having begun his architectural career in 1986, John is experienced with the management, design and execution of a wide range of project types, including Corporate, Commercial / Retail, Laboratory, Educational and Residential architecture.

Prior to starting his own practice in 2005, John worked as an Associate for USA Architects in Somerville, NJ and Martin A. De Sapio, AIA in Flemington, NJ.

Rodney Carroll

Rodney Carroll joined the firm in 2011, and has brought 15 years of experience working in architectural firms as a designer, with experience in the design and documentation of various residential, commercial and historic project types. Rodney also possesses extensive experience in producing computer generated 3-dimensional renderings, graphic design and survey / documentation of existing building conditions.

Rodney has designed and assisted in the construction of stage-sets for many productions, including Seussical, Hairspray, 42nd Street, Damn Yankees and others.

David Ewald

David Ewald joined the firm in 2011. With 28 years of architectural experience, David specializes in custom residential projects that range in scope, including custom homes, builder spec homes, historic renovations and restorations, additions, interior and exterior alterations, garages, pool houses, barns and stables.

David’s work has been featured in the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art’s publication, The Classicist No. 7. David’s work has also been recognized by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry with a 2013 Central Jersey Chapter design award.

Gerri Kuldoshes

Gerri Kuldoshes joined the firm in 2005, assuming the bookkeeping duties for the office. Prior to joining John, Gerri was the bookkeeper for USA Architects from 1994 through 2004.

Education: Montclair State University, Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
